    Negative Outlook

I worked at Seed Heritage part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great team, worked with some lovely people but would be a different story had the team of part-time and casuals been different.

    Cons

Garments are so clearly fast-fashion, everything is in ridiculous amounts of plastic. Employees are often held back later and not paid for "recovery (making the racks look amazing)" and this is emphasised more than giving customer's who come in at last minute a good experience. Management had a strong bully / mean girls culture and overall was just unapproachable and rude.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Seed Heritage full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Bonding with other employees over how terrible Seed management is.

    Cons

High pressure, minimal support, no training, nothing you do is good enough. Their high staff turnover is a reflection of this. Management in each state are in constant competition with each other and company has a poor culture throughout. There are plenty of retail companies to work for, do not work for Seed.
