- you work a lot of hours, but I think is well balanced, if you know how to manage your time and tasks.

no micromanagement or hassles from above. the jobs are all remote which was what I was looking for. flexible schedule. no fake, feel-good team meetings or meet-ups. do your job and you'll be fine. good upward mobility if you are ambitious.

pay is average. nothing else notable.

Pros

My manager and all the people I worked with were easy to deal with. Very good company to work for if you are able to manage your time. Working there is great if you're an introvert. They have high standards and you learn a lot. They don't babysit you, which is nice unless you need your hand held.

Cons

I miss working there and didn't experience any negatives. If you are lazy or have an attitude, it may not be the best place.
