      Good place to work. Leadership truly leads but doesn't micromanage. Co-workers are good

      Cons

      It's not that great pay. They try to give options for commissions, but they are pretty low and the base pay is kinda low too.

      Lack of pay Public perception of the company During training and the hiring process, they sell you how you will make a lot of commissions, but in recent times, the company's reputation has taken a turn for the worse, and management no longer seems to listen.
