Jose Ariel is a terrible & incompetent CEO/Sales Leader/manager to his sales team. 3 sales pros were hired and laid off in 6 months. Avoid this place, and find a place that deserves VC funding

I started working here a few months ago in Customer Success. In this time, I've seen rapid product evolution and everyone stepping up. The best part about working here is that since the company is in the rocket ship stage, you can find yourself doing all sorts of things and your ideas will be heard and acted on if they're good. The other people here are really pleasant and helpful and I feel like I was able to ramp up quickly. It's definitely hard work but you will be recognized for it.
Cons
It's an early stage start-up and it has all the issues any company at this stage has. Everything is new and so we're still working out the process.
