Good Company but upper management sucks

Great Working environment among engineers. Things get done.

Cons

Upper management only cares about their own career path. Direction is not transparent to employees. Back stabbing is a daily tasks for management level. No risk taking from upper management, only care about not making mistakes. Some upper management doesn't even have the "technical knowledge" to run the department

First level managers are incompetent. They just say big words and dont have any knowledge. Employees are forced to leave as their salaries are not based on performance.

good technology flexible working time nice and smart colleague. easy parking, convenient location, benefit is OK, pay is not bad, this company has niche products.

Cons

Managers pay more attentions on playing political games than on products. don't respect engineers and their work. steal engineers' credits. the culture of this company is not healthy, some managers don't want follow not professional ethics.
