- Decent place to learn for new grads - Free snacks in office - Coworkers are pleasant people - Engineering Alumni typically have successful careers at large companies after (Google, Snap, Tiktok, etc.) Treat this as a place to learn while gaining experience on your resume. Growth at this company is limited and you're better off spending your effort finding another job. Most engineers that join start trying to leave the company after 3-6 months.
Cons
- Technical roles are extremely underpaid compared to industry standards - May need to work evenings due to collaboration with China team - Most projects are low traffic without much complexity - Company has a tendency to only hire new grads while having a high attrition, leading to a lack of mentorship - Poor office equipment (bad laptops, cheap monitors)
