      Great workplace culture!

      Pros

      I love the flexibility and the willingness of management to work with your schedule. My co-workers are wonderful. The CEO of the company shows you that he cares and wants you there and is an example of what great leadership looks like, he is humble with a hands on approach and supportive across all the departments. Absolutely refreshing.

      Pros

      The company has aligned over the last couple of months bringing focus and new team members in. The alignment is now more on point than ever and has the development, support, marketing and sales team aligned on working together. Great flexibility of working at home or the office and the business is expanding.

      Cons

      There are some evening calls to global team members, which is fine to be sharing together, and they are reducing as the company matures and grows.

      Pros

      The business is very results driven, so you know when you're on track and performing well, and are well supported when you have areas for improvement. The management team are experienced, motivated and encourage everyone to perform at their best.

      Cons

      There are often calls/meetings at odd hours due to the fact Simple is a global business, but that's part of the gig.

      Thanks for your honest feedback! We're having a great time taking on the executing on things together and seeing the business, and all the people within it grow and develop. It's not always easy, but that's what makes it rewarding!
