- Extremely warm culture (well above average) - At the end of a system and process lifecycle which creates a lot of opportunity to make a difference (establish new processes and ways of working, uplift existing processes, etc) - Private ownership creates more long term view than many competitors - Unbeatable global footprint from private (family) ownership of a large multi-national that owns businesses including farming, agriscience, foodservice, retail, fertiliser and raw material mining and lifestock.
