    Iam done MBBS in India during my internship i was working in medical officer for 1 month during that period I saw so many cases specially in trauma and medicine in trauma I saw so my ophthalogy cases so I want work with this job

    Awareness about non communicable disease like diabetes and hypertension they silently damage our retina

    Regular CPE talks to gain points for PC renewal

    Cons

    Very long working hours till 9pm at night with no OT hours to claim. Long Hours shifts are rotated among the junior staff only, managers do not share the load with staff and are not team players. There is no career development and people development. Toxic working environment with too much politics at play.

    Nothing really. Other than it was easy to get the job, they were short on staff

    Cons

    No career advancement. Bad management, effort often overlooked by the top levels. No benefit to keep the staff
