HODs /Senior Leaders who are promoted because of their long service with organisation lack the experience in senior leadership position and cannot provide direction and very often give wrong direction and result in a lot of re-work by staff and increased unproductivity.

Regular CPE talks to gain points for PC renewal
Cons
Very long working hours till 9pm at night with no OT hours to claim. Long Hours shifts are rotated among the junior staff only, managers do not share the load with staff and are not team players. There is no career development and people development. Toxic working environment with too much politics at play.
