If you want a place where the ceo knows about reoccurring issues and sweeps them under the rug-this is your company! These 5 star reviews are all marketing tactics that the ceo asks you to do within a month of starting. Don’t be fooled. They do not staff appropriately for the amount of clients they give and will continue to make the same mistakes over and over.

Too many to list. The lack of structure makes for much longer workdays than necessary. The leadership is horrible. I am literally embarrassed FOR THEM for how horrible things are run there. Operations is a joke, everyone doing whatever they want creates a very disjointed experience for both employees and clients. Very much like high school with the mentality and cliques, they even have the mean girls. If you value yourself professionally do not waste your time here. There are so many agencies that provide a culture of learning and growth that would be a better career move. The culture at SmartBug is NOT what they portray it to be, it’s really just a marketing strategy.
