Vision benefits are good and dental is done in house also great. Competitive pay and quarterly bonuses when met. Very friendly environment and really does function as team work.

I have been working at Smile Brands full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

overall it is well rounded company to work for.

    Cons

Sometimes I feel like we have too many reports that we are responsible for that takes away from the prime objective which is the patient. If we are capable and have pride in our work we should be able to do the job that is necessary for the whole collective. No matching of 401k benefits.

    Advice to Management

Ease up on the reports, if you will let us, we will prove ourselves worthy.

I have been working at Smile Brands full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Since I’ve started here I’ve gone 100% stress-free. It’s been two months into my employment and I’ve never felt unsafe, unsure about my choice of career, or unhappy with my environment. Everyone I’ve come across has brightened my day one way or another. Trust me when I say, “It doesn’t even feel like a job”, because it really doesn’t it’s more of a choice to be here. The staff is always beyond honest, effortlessly kind, and infinitely looking to bring out the better of yourself. These aren’t coworkers, they are family. I am more than satisfied with the relationships I’ve built, the benefits I’ve received, and the labor I’ve put in. I am grateful for the opportunity of working here.

    Cons

I’m sure you are desperate to hear at least one downside about this job, but other than wishing for just adding a little bit more to my hourly wage, I still cannot complain as there are bonuses to look forward to every quarter.

I have been working at Smile Brands full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

One thing i really like about this company is that they do take care of their employees in a way that everyone has a chance to help at different offices when when needed.
The fact that this company thinks about their patients and provides financial help to everyone who is in need. (which I love)

    Cons

401K WOULD BE SOMETHING THE COMPANY SHOULD LOOK INTO IT WOULD DEFINITELY HELP A LOT OF EMPLOYEES .

    Advice to Management

It's clearly understood that every office is managed differently but everyone should not depend on one another. Everyone should try a little harder focus on your duties and help each other be stress free.
