    Cons

None really! I can see how some nurses may not be a good fit! It's cosmetic nursing & a niche market! If you love cosmetic medicine you'll love working here! It's a busy center, but I love being on the go.

I have been working at Sono Bello full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

You will be able to pay your bills and get some medical sales experience.

    Cons

This company puts sales and the bottom line above patient care and employee health. Read that again! If you still choose to work here you deserve what you get.

    "Worst Place Ever"

    • Compensation and Benefits
    • Senior Management
Former Employee - Front Desk Coordinator in Milwaukee, WI
    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Sono Bello full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Can not think of any

    Cons

One of the worst places to work ever. Plan on over time everyday. So unorganized Sales consultants can be beyond disrespectful. They will talk to you like your a child and below them. Not equal. Managers are often no we’re to be found and don’t plan on going to them with any concerns. They will talk about you behind your back or in front of your face. All while continuously giving you dirty looks. Turnover rate is out of the roof. Plan on doing everything in the office. From building charts, to sales packets, to accounting, to reception and more. If you thought you could do this job with one person...you can’t. You may get called unprofessional and argue with a sales rep in front of clients. No one will follow up with you on incidents. Don’t ever look for an apology.
