One of the worst places to work ever. Plan on over time everyday. So unorganized Sales consultants can be beyond disrespectful. They will talk to you like your a child and below them. Not equal. Managers are often no we’re to be found and don’t plan on going to them with any concerns. They will talk about you behind your back or in front of your face. All while continuously giving you dirty looks. Turnover rate is out of the roof. Plan on doing everything in the office. From building charts, to sales packets, to accounting, to reception and more. If you thought you could do this job with one person...you can’t. You may get called unprofessional and argue with a sales rep in front of clients. No one will follow up with you on incidents. Don’t ever look for an apology.
