      Going Down Hill

      Pros

Good pay and allowing most to work from home.

      Cons

Management and upper management's culture has shifted. They think they own you, placate you, and they treat you like crap. There is nonwork life balance at all, and they just keep piling work on you, and it's expected that you just work 15 hours a day and on weekends to get it done.

Not as great as I expected them to be

      Pros

-When I began the job, many people would come up to me and introduce themselves and try to make me feel comfortable. I've never seen that in an office setting before, so it definitely helped put my first day jitters at ease. -Free coffee and tea -Free feminine hygiene products in the ladies restroom -Great retirement, decent health insurance -Lots of team-building activities and events -Cell phone friendly environment (although, honestly, in my case, this was a con because it seemed like everyone was always playing on their phones instead of working) -Good pay

      Cons

-Once I got comfortable in the office after my first few weeks there, I began hearing all the office gossip and drama. Everyone butted heads and talked badly about each other. -Extremely fast-paced and stressful environment -Lots of random required overtime -My job description was changed right after I began working, and began requiring things that I strictly outlined in the interview that I wasn't willing/able to do (public speaking, traveling, etc.) Or maybe it always required that, and they didn't disclose it during the interview. -Lack of proper training. I was trained for one day and then thrown to the wolves. When I'd ask my trainer for help, she'd tell me that I could figure it out on my own, because that was how she had to learn when she was new. That is not the proper way to train someone! If you have knowledge that you can pass on to someone else to help them do a good job, you owe it to the company to do so. -Not a tattoo-friendly environment

      Pros

Stable work environment (at least for now). Good pay.

      Cons

No advancement opportunities, rarely replace individuals that quit or retire creating more work for those that remain. Pay raises are inadequate and a high deductible health insurance.
