You can get hired even without prior sales experience.

Cons

Compensation's terrible. Awful benefits and poor commisision structure. Management takes too long to pay commissions, it's like you get nothing. Atmosphere is stressful and toxic from the negativity and poor leadership.

Chaos, the CEO trying to take control of everything with limited knowledge, old people leaving, new people frustrating, managers gaslighting the employees, too much pressure with too few benefits, can't find anything good to say
