I have been working at Sports Direct part-time for less than a year

    Pros

*Flexible hours *Retail experience *20% employee discount (Which is not even that great when compared to other companies)

    Cons

*Ill treatment to employees (Very rude) *Pay structure is very bad (Cutoff dates are between 10th-15th of every month, So what you have worked for this month, will be paid the next month) *20 min break even for working tirelessly for 7 hours *Poor Management (There is just 1 employee for 10 customers, which delays the whole process of shopping and customers end up getting frustrated) *Poor IT system in Tills (Gets stuck quite frequently) *No security (Staff has to also perform these duties)

I have been working at Sports Direct part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Flexible hours, good community, great stepping stone, AMAZING benefits if you're working on shoe's (potential to double wage), understanding management.

    Cons

Full time would be a nightmare as customers can be a pain. TERRIBLE benefits if a cashier 5p for a bag for life where people selling shoe's are getting £7 for selling a shoe with an ad on.
