      Good Solid Company Working to Make a Profit and Keep Employees Happy

      Pros

      Super flexible as long as you do your work. Lots of room for growth as it's still a younger company is experiencing a lot of growth. Lots of remote opportunity.

      Cons

      Honestly the best company I have worked for. My only con is that pay can be a little lower given it's a smaller company, but they are working to rectify that. With the flexibility it's less of an issue.

      They really care about their employees and trust them to get their work done. No micromanaging. Treated like family.
