      A walk on a fine line to stay employed

      Sales quotas were inflated by shady sales practices at customers' expense, month over month pressure to over perform to high quotas resulted in a variety of unethical practices and dishonesty to unwitting customers, district managers as well as directors well aware of shady practices but would pretend not to know and then use this as leverage against employees speaking out, fraud was needed to hit quotas and threatened to terminate employees not liked by upper management. It was a big charade that cost the company money while middle managers were praised for incremental lifts in numbers, constantly dealt with escalated customer issues from lies and funny practices in sales to inflate numbers. Shame

      Competitive pay Nice commission structure Bonuses like free phone, vacations etc

      Cons

      Dishonest sales tactics were encouraged and even required by higher management. Sales were collected by any means necessary and no one cared if you were lying or taking advantage of your customers unless it was reported. If that happened the upper management would simply throw you under the bus and move on.

      There are no pros with this company.

      Cons

      Work all day everyday and still expected to do more. They keep your commissions and come up with some reason to justify it. Continue to change commission structure to ensure that you make no money, in fact you lose money this way. Upper management could care less about you or your safety. Also don't expect equiptment to work, you'll be disappointed every single time.
