    There are no pros with this company.

    Cons

    Work all day everyday and still expected to do more. They keep your commissions and come up with some reason to justify it. Continue to change commission structure to ensure that you make no money, in fact you lose money this way. Upper management could care less about you or your safety. Also don't expect equiptment to work, you'll be disappointed every single time.

    Free devices, and family discounts. Nothing else really.

    Cons

    Upper management is clueless about operations. Terrible network pretty much diminishes sales.

    Because of the potential merger with TMobile everybody including upper management is worried about losing their jobs so the micromanagement and stress has become not worth it.
