    I worked at St.George Bank part-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Good Salary for technically unskilled position, room to advance if your are focused, career driven, and can play your cards right. And general company ethos is customer focused.

    Cons

    Sales targets aren't really negotiated even though they should be, and there's plenty of corporate speak through upper management relms.
