    Salary Own office Close to home

    Cons

    was bullied when sale targets weren't met managers only cared about leads had to go on stress leave career progression out of the question A graduate took over managers role when she was on leave when it should have been myself as I basically dealt with everything the manager did. She had no clue and constantly came to me for help

    - Team environment - Good work/balance

    Cons

    - Management solely focused on sales results - to the point where they would prefer you to disregard all customers in branch, as long as you are making a sale. - No career progression - Poor management - Training is terrible. You spend copious amounts of time learning redundant details and no time on practical skills - Minimal support from branch manager - Incredibly understaffed
