    Awesome customer service culture Very thorough training

    Cons

    you are treated as just a number going towards closing more and more branches, and that puts a lot of pressure on remaining employees who have to service a bigger number of customers without the bank employing any more help

    Pros

    Most staff laid back and professional. Eager to help out and train new employees. Tellers and customer service specialists friendly.

    Cons

    Completely focused on sales targets, lead generation and constantly up selling the customer even when they don't need a product. Bank managers push this.

    Pros

    Great IT department, very switched on leadership team focused on delivery and customer service even internally.

    Cons

    Office spaces were generally small/cramped unless if you were a mananger otherwise you are stuck with cubicle. Gym facilty very bare, mostly just a room as far as I can remember. VAlso Kogarah although accessible ny rail easily can be boring. Not that much support for flexible workbplace arrangement. Tight knit leadership team.
