I worked at Stanley Black & Decker full-time for less than a year

    Pros

An amazing learning experience with talented employees and a welcoming staff with plenty of opportunities to incorporate skills learned in university. That being said I learned more here at Stanley in my 3 month internship than I did in 3 years of college

    Cons

    None to be noted here.

  4. "Had a good experience!"

    4.0
    Former Intern - Marketing Intern

I worked at Stanley Black & Decker

    Pros

You get paired up basically one-to-one with a mentor who is (like all the other full-time employees I came in contact with), really smart and good at what they do. Also, there is a Sharktank challenge that puts you in teams with other interns which is a good time and good opportunity to meet the other interns!

    Cons

It's a pretty traditional company (business casual to work and cubicles). This isn't necessarily a con unless you're not into that.
