    Great work life balance, company not going anywhere.

    Cons

    Do not plan on innovating. Culture wants it, management can't afford the risk.

    Great benefits including a makerspace and free classes. Very intelligent co-workers and interesting projects to work on.

    Cons

    Often need to work 45-50 hours a week during certain parts of development. Salary is not competitive.

    Amazing projects of different complexity levels t work on. The environment is very accommodating, relaxing culture with serious work going on.

    A lot of jargons to get used to.
