    Pros

    Cons

Undoubtedly, by far the worst company to have ever worked for. Low Pay Long Hours Horrible Management (you're just another number to them) Quiet office - no one speaks to each other. Micromanagement 0 culture! Christmas parties are self funded.. Systems and technology are ARCHAIC!!!! The list goes on and on..

    Advice to Management

loud is not necessarily right,, far too many painpoints to list.

I have been working at State Street full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Very good pay Flexi working hours Working from home Decent number of leaves and extra birthday leave Work life balance Settle down company if you would like to Make sure you join with good pay.. they generally pay years of exp*2 +2 lacks as fixed salary and you will be eligible for 10% VP and meals and transport/transport opt out allowences Best insurances they provide for all.

    Cons

Poor Technologies , no scope of learning new things No Architect concept for even very big products Worst maintained code ever Internal cloud environment which is worst takes ages to install an application Lot of policies but no one follows There is some micro management is there but it directly depends on manager but not in all projects. Finally if you're interested to learn new technologies and career oriented... person don't join this organisation. Apart from that you can simply come and enjoy here. - a frustrated career oriented IT java developer.

    Advice to Management

Better to hire Architects and Scrum masters, they have their own set of ideas to make the application and team better in all prospects. Concentrate on open source technologies before starting up the projects Better to fire the people who are there from ages and saying that to allow applications to develop with old technologies.
