Pros

Great benefits and great PTO policy. This is the BEST thing about this job.

Cons

The Management team is running this business to the ground. The company has had a mass lay off and is in the worst cash flow standpoint in company history. It is going to be bankrupt by the end of the year as they are trying to get any money in the door they can from current customers by selling them “services” that they won’t even be getting. You are extremely micromanaged and they hack into your computer in order to see what you are doing everyday. This is very much a call center job and there are zero sales. The salary is horrible and the commission has been cut so you are better off working anywhere else. Several people who have quit have been screwed out of the little commission they do make and management is constantly talking behind employees backs. Most people who work here are under 30 and have little to no experience so keep this in mind as well. This company was once very promising but now is just selling a solution that is old and outdated. I would look anywhere else.

Pros

Working in such a dysfunctional workplace has made me feel more than prepared for any conflict that may arise in my future opportunities. My self-awareness is off the charts now, as I constantly have to question every single thing I do at work. I also have had to enhance my patience and inspire to a higher standard, since I am privileged enough to witness first hand how toxic it is on a team's morale to have leaders that succumb to power struggles, spreading rumors, and getting off on humiliating their subordinates. Also, the healthcare is pretty good.

Cons

They say that the best leaders oversee the happiest employees. The opposite is also true: that the worst, least effective leaders create the most miserable employees. Nothing could better describe my time at Status Solutions. That influence does not stop at the employees' work lives, but extends into their personal lives, as most happiness-sucking aspects of life do. Throughout high school, college, and even middle school, I never experienced the extreme level of passive aggression that I am shown every day at Status. For examples, please refer to the positive reviews on this page, which do not list any good qualities about the job. Those reviews, similar to my coworkers and superiors, only feel the need to express themselves when it is undermining others. Perhaps leaving fake reviews and "calling out" people that have moved on is a great distraction from our inevitable upcoming bankruptcy.

Trash Fire

Pros

Benefits, unless those are gone too.

Cons

Where to begin. The company is a trash fire. The CEO is out of his mind. I believe he wakes up in the mornings just to make lives hell. He thinks his management style of "managing by walking around" works.. well it would if he wasn't walking around gossiping and then when confronted with it he denies it. Or puts the blame on someone else. He doesn't see that his employees are sucking him dry by not working. Def not selling anything. The Sales Team lacks sales. They lack drive and work ethic. The company thinks their technology is top notch and will save lives.. wrong, the technology is a glorified nurse call. They will tell customers anything to get them to buy their software.. which is basically all fluff. The tech is old and outdated. looks like Step Two products. They even started a School Solutions Network to try and con businesses into buying a "membership". They are not helping schools. They are making headaches for so many people. The program is not thought through and the leadership on that team has no remorse for running it into the ground. They even started bugging their current partners and customers to help with it. When a customer does agree to help and host a luncheon.. they completely embarrass themselves and the company. I feel so bad for anyone that uses, CATIE or SARA. it will not help anyone.
