      Summer has done a great job hiring a number of smart and thoughtful people who really care about the mission. The team is kind, attentive and works really well together.

      Cons

      The student loan payment freeze has created a number of curves for the company to navigate over the last few years but the company has done a good job adapted as the situation evolves and changes.
