Unfortunately there are none that I can think of because the Summit team will not interact with the employees to find out about the business.

Cons

Summit Partners will invade your company and deposit walking suits with no vision or understanding of your company. Prepare to say goodbye to everyone you have worked with, who have contributed, supported or made a difference at your company.

Unbelievable opportunity if you're willing to work hard and chase after it.

Pros

Very fast paced work environment but you will see the best deals in the industry and be in position to win most of them. Incredible level of talent across the board.

Cons

Work life balance for an associate is tough, but you're typically right out of school and still have the vigor to work 100 hours a week. Will pay off though when you source your first deal.

Free snacks and soda. There are not any other pros at this company.

Cons

Unrewarding, violating, degrading, and going downhill. A truly negative place to work. A lot of the managers are absolutely clueless.
