    Pros

    A great group of people to work with. We each helped one another to achieve the best for the company.

    Cons

    I have remained friends with many of the people that remain. Most of the past issues have been greatly improved as has the quality of the work.

    Advice to Management

    You have a great staff take the time to listen to them on process and quality improvements.

    Great benefit package . Employees tend to stay. Great pay.

    Cons

    Stressful work environment . Too many reports, repetitious work... should only have to be done one time

    Lower assigned goals. Not all demografics have the same type of clients with the same needs

    Good opportunity to use banking knowledge and genuine customer service expertise to compassionately recover funds from deceased customer accounts while being sensitive to needs, legalities, and complexities involving decedent's family members.

    Cons

    You may risk making others feel threatened or intimidated if you demonstrate a strong work ethic and an are considered "too highly principled.

    Be more open to feedback; both from top down and from the bottom up.

    Pros

    Great salary if you negotiate well at the hiring stage. Good benefits including retirement company match up to 6%.

    Cons

    Management can make or break your career with the company. It does not matter how bright you shine. There is a high turnover in most branch locations.

    Advice to Management

    There should be clear paths set in place for growth; including continuous training and development programs where talent can be enrolled to take them to the next level in the company.
