Great culture at the ground level, people genuinely want to make a difference.

Cons

I found in the last few years I was there there was an increasing amount of nepotism, politicking and backstabbing., often made worse by senior management talking about 'stamping it out' when in many cases they were the quite obvious centre of it

Cons

The clicks in management. If you are part of the in crowd you will be fine, if you are not look out, the in crowd is mainly women ad corporate types from Melbourne and Sydney. If senior manage,ent don’t like you your gone.

- always paid for your hours in the role - promotions and upskills are fairly given and dont depend on overtime and unpaid work - great positive company culture overall - management very supportive and care about you - Plenty of support

- technology, systems often go down and / or run slowly
