I worked at Supermacs part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Nice people for the most part, no super early mornings and flexible hours.

    Cons

The late nights and the crowds of drunk people. Having to pay for your lunches is a joke.

    I worked at Supermacs full-time

    Pros

    - Flexible hours - Bonus pay after midnight. - Can often choose to work a large number of hours in the week; great if you need a temporary cash boost. - You will become comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced setting; both high stress and quiet/make-work environments will be experienced. Knowing how to cope with each dynamic is a transferable skill.

    Cons

    - The flexibility of hours can sometimes mean you either dont have enough or, at the other extreme, have far too much. - Staff turnover rate can be a little high, especially before college/university semesters start.
