I have been working at Suzlon Wind Energy full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good to start your career in renewable sector.

    Cons

Very bad management. No one cares the employees well being. The management doesn't care if you had food on time, or if you had food at all. All they care about is if you are in site, and the report you give to them in the evening. No timely work culture. No work life balance. You are sure about what time you go to work. But you'll never know what time you'll be back from work. Some time you may come back by 1 o'clock in the mid night, though you started working at 9 in the morning!
