Social work environment. Not much else.
Cons
Terrible roster management. Head office is sorely out of touch with the needs of day to day ground operations. Obvious no one there has worked a hard day in their life.

Pay is hopeless which leads to minimum wage, no set given hours so it share to roster life around work. Hours can be up and down. I've seen bullying can be pretty ripe through the company and nothing gets done about it.
