    I worked at Sydney Trains for more than a year

    Pros

    I worked with the CEO and leadership team on a special project. Had the best support and work life balance when delivering a relatively large and important project to the workforce. Great ownership and recognition of work. Team work environment.

    Cons

    Some of the middle management were seen and heard of to be quite bullyish (although I was not affected).
