Culture is now non existent with lots of work due to so many leaving but hardly are joining Salary significantly below market average Employee concerns often brushed off/disregarded by management and HR Some team members dont have the skills needed for their role, understandable with the below market salary

The company is growing fast and modernising tech stack and practises, which is leading to lots of changes. This can be good or bad depending on how you look at it. There is always lots going - sometimes too much, and some growing pains within the organisation.
