A small company with an approachable Management team.

Pros

The flat management structure in the Australian business makes the management team very approachable and they are very friendly. Once you've established yourself, you do have the chance to take work with different clients if there is an opportunity. Salary is competitive for Australian direct hires. You feel really welcome and part of a big family when you're attending their social gatherings

Cons

Unless you're in a project fully run by Attra, you're pretty much on your own. The account managers really don't interact with you that much where the HR team only follows you up for the weekly time sheets.

Easy to land on Automation projects , as it is primarily a testing company. No variable component present in CTC.

Cons

Too toxic work culture. Everyone expects their sub-ordinates to butter them. Too much favouritism and politics exist. If you are a lateral without any contacts w/i , you will be unnecessarily be troubled and insulted. None shows polite behaviour or professionalism . Health benefits are very mere. You are dog watched for your timing.

Better pay than other indian consultancies like Hcl, TCS or infosys

Cons

You get deployed in one of the client locations and everything about you is forgotten. You are only remembered if client complains about you at which time its just a dragon breathing fire on you and you possibly end up burnt. Bad management,no clue on how to grow and share knowledge even for folks working in the same company. You might just find out someone else you been working is also from synechron just by chance. Imagine that!
