Management was absolutely horrible. Management would look you in the face and lie about salary of other employees when you asked to have the same wage as someone doing the same job as you.

Good team, decent level of communication between departments. Good access to production team and their feedback. Quarterly profit sharing bonus made you feel appreciated
Cons
Workers taken advantage of; overworked and underpaid. Questionable ethics. Useless HR. No advancement opportunities.
