Pros

Salary is on time. Thats it.

Cons

1. The working culture is absolutely horrible. The manager owns your life. 2. Say goodbye to your personal life since u ‘ll need to stay till 9. Doesn’t matter if you came early. 3. There are just one leave per month. You cannot take a leave on Friday and Monday since they have a sandwich policy. 4. Manager’s attitude is like a dictator. You don’t have a voice. I saw people fired within 15 days just because the manager did not like them. 5. Once the manager threatened to fire an employee because he was talking to his mother on the phone. 6. Overall you won’t be treated like a professional. Everyday you will work with the fear of getting fired until the day you leave.

Pros

The opportunity to liase with different teams in L.A. and India. Business trips to different states for recruitment purposes. Fun atmosphere if you get along with the boss.

Cons

Predatory way that my employer treats the graduates that sign up with our program. As a recruiter my morals were constantly questioned on whether I had helped or harmed them.

Cons

1. Highly unprofessional attitude of higher management, so the other managers do the same thing to you. 2. Their behaviour is abusive and aggressive if you are disagree with them. 3. If your surname is uncommon, they will ask you and further work and behaviour will decide by that. 4. Demean your abilities and skills even though they have hired you through interview. 5. If you notice anything bad with you or other colleague, start preparing for your next interview.
