      - Individual medical benefit covered by company - Talented and hard working colleagues

      Cons

      - Toxic work culture with all decisions being made by Chairman from China - Figurative, incompetent and abusive CEO who drives all senior leaders nuts and that stress flows down to the teams - Highly intense work requiring work hours across time zones (China, Princeton, Redmond) - Highly understaffed and revolving door with employees leaving and hiring taking long periods

      The company has the latest technology and equipment for us to use.

      Cons

      We have a disrespectful and abusive management here in Systimmune. Researchers like me aren't shown any respect. The managers treat us awfully as they often boss around and make us do random tasks that aren't related to our work. We are professionals with technical skills, but the management treats us like we're just here to do their errands.
