I worked at TMP Worldwide full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great experience for someone still in college, but not someone with an actual degree.Summer Fridays, great people, coke machine, great company gatherings, diverse client accounts.

    Cons

Terrible training. Toxic work environment. High department turnover. Not a lot of telecommute. Passive aggressive managers. Does not match 401K, salary and raises well below expectations. Neither compensated for the work/life balance or the amount of work you are required to complete.

    Pros

They stress teamwork and the culture is somewhat similar to Google. They like to promote within and you have many opportunities to advance.

    Cons

The job offerings can be limited within some offices and pay can be below the median in some places as well.
