It is an international company with different culture.
Cons
The company do not treat their employees fairly. There are different treatments depending on your status. HR is not very good at their job. Not much room for growth.

Total is one of the leading petroleum companies in the word. Working at is a great opportunity to reach a high level of professionalism

The job of a project engineer at Total is not an easy task, Total is a functional structure so obtaining the level of engagement of staholders needed to reach projects sucess criteria is always a heavy task and quite complicated
