I worked at Talent Search People full-time

    Pros

Literally 2 things: - Colleagues are possibly the best ones you will ever find (So at least that are good at recruiting for themselves and definitely see talent) - Good school to kick off in Recruitment (Some good clients)

    Cons

Basically ask for everything and give you nothing! Let's start with the insane low salaries they offer specially demanding the best quality, skills, performance, languages... They base the whole existence and performance on pure numbers. If you don't reach them, you are out. They don't take time to teach you anything but how to make money that is literally the only thing they care about. If they can trick you, they will, so pay attention! They will look for a minimum petit detail to screw you over. The contract they make you sign (And details they avoid during the recruitment process) is a trap almost like a jail as you won't be allowed to work in any client or agency. Their concept of flexible hours means to do your hours but starting at a different time. If you arrive 2 minutes later, they will publish it to the entire team to put you in the spot. They are not open at all to get new ideas (Only if it makes them save money) and DO NOT try to reason with them, they won't listen at all.

I worked at Talent Search People full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Your colleagues - you will make some great friends, suffering in unison is better than alone.

    Cons

    - WORST HR "department" (only 1 person) I have ever seen in my life. Completely uncapable. - Micromanagement. KPIs to put KPIs, no reasoning behind it and they will work you to the bone without taken into account current market trends, difficulties. If you fail, you will be fired or bullied out by management. If you succeed, do not expect a 'job well done', expect a 'this is your job. I will not thank you for doing your job.'. Negative and incompetent management. - They expect complete loyalty in exchange for nothing. No flexibility whatsoever, stuck in the 50s it seems. - Founders that do not shy away from highly sexist and inappropiate comments. - A complete lack of empathy, all of management think they are above everyone else simply because they are managers. - Contracts with illegal clauses that makes you feel like you are in a prison. - Very high stress environment, no reward. Their salaries are a joke and they still make it seem like they are doing you a favour. - Variable package is built in such a way they can avoid paying you the bonus you should be due for your work. If they cannot find a reason within the the way the system is set up, they will go out of their way to find something to not have to pay you the full bonus. Complete lack of respect. - No clear mission or value statement that is properly executed.

    Pros

The only good thing was the location in Barcelona

    Cons

Management is so focused on presenting numbers to the CEO, they accept all the jobs without even considering the offered positions and the work market Salaries are different for everyone and they use your performance as an excuse for low salaries when they dont even provide good training and support A lot of pressure and every ¨celebration" is about money and how they can make more and more money Don't take time to actually provide training to new hires and after a week they expect them to have the same results as seniors consultants and keep pressuring people everyday

I worked at Talent Search People full-time

    Pros

International team of colleagues who also chose to work for TSP since they wanted to live in Bcn.

    Cons

Low quality of recruitment skillset among very junior people, not trained properly. Lowest ethical standards I have seen, hiring people when more projects and firing from one day to another when less projects. Connections help to get promoted, big egos and chasing money is what matters. Half of the staff are interns or close to interns.

    Pros

    Good people and good offices

    Cons

219/5000 Very low salaries, a lot of pressure, very junior managers without respect for the workers. There is no medium-term strategy, everything changes day by day and the directors do not understand this business They don't take care of their workers

    Pros

Its a nice place( colleges wise), you will learn a lot in a fast environment. If you like challenges you will enjoy it a lot.

    Cons

High stress level, they will ask you to do overtime (for free obviously) otherwise you are not a good worker. The commissions are almost unreachable and if in one quarter you don’t reach 100% of your objective you will have to make it up for the rest in the next quarter... if you get along with your boss you might stay for more than 3 months...high turn over of employment is really unstable.

    Pros

You get to learn a lot and handle situations you won't handle until way later in some other companies I had the luck of having amazing co-workers

    Cons

You're thrown to danger right after your first month, objectives are complicated, you deal with a lot of workloads, management is terrible, the payment is way lower than the media in the sector
