      Good school, horrible company

      Pros

Literally 2 things: - Colleagues are possibly the best ones you will ever find (So at least that are good at recruiting for themselves and definitely see talent) - Good school to kick off in Recruitment (Some good clients)

      Cons

Basically ask for everything and give you nothing! Let's start with the insane low salaries they offer specially demanding the best quality, skills, performance, languages... They base the whole existence and performance on pure numbers. If you don't reach them, you are out. They don't take time to teach you anything but how to make money that is literally the only thing they care about. If they can trick you, they will, so pay attention! They will look for a minimum petit detail to screw you over. The contract they make you sign (And details they avoid during the recruitment process) is a trap almost like a jail as you won't be allowed to work in any client or agency. Their concept of flexible hours means to do your hours but starting at a different time. If you arrive 2 minutes later, they will publish it to the entire team to put you in the spot. They are not open at all to get new ideas (Only if it makes them save money) and DO NOT try to reason with them, they won't listen at all.

      Pros

The only good thing was the location in Barcelona

      Cons

Management is so focused on presenting numbers to the CEO, they accept all the jobs without even considering the offered positions and the work market Salaries are different for everyone and they use your performance as an excuse for low salaries when they dont even provide good training and support A lot of pressure and every ¨celebration" is about money and how they can make more and more money Don't take time to actually provide training to new hires and after a week they expect them to have the same results as seniors consultants and keep pressuring people everyday

      Pros

Overall young, multicultural team. Very dynamic and fun people. The company's located in the center of Barcelona.

      Cons

Low salaries, totally disorganized processes and methods. They're way to focused on the bonus and are ruthless when making the decision to cut ways with an employee (not my case, but others). Some managers/leaders are rude and full of *it* because they hold the position they do and think they are superior.

      Good people and good offices

      Cons

219/5000 Very low salaries, a lot of pressure, very junior managers without respect for the workers. There is no medium-term strategy, everything changes day by day and the directors do not understand this business They don't take care of their workers

      Pros

      Just the co-workers and environment

      Cons

      - very low salary and imposible objective - CEO's just worry for the money - The executive manager only cares about the KPI's and objective. Not interested in relating to workers - Dispatch workers if they have a different opinion - The managers are authoritarian and you can not trust them - The routine is back to school

      Pros

-Besides young people there is nothing good to say about the company

      Cons

-lack of management -low salary (under the market) without any prospectives to rise it -they promise a lot but all is a lie -unprofessional environment, you got promoted if you are a friend of your boss -lack of flexibility -1.3h of lunch and everyone has to go at the same time... -social benefits are a joke (free entrance to the gym that you can get by yourself...) -you cant learn anything cause your boss has less idea of what is going there -can easily get fired by not being friend of your boss or without any particular reason -people are spying for the big boss -lack of trust for employees -lack of budget for anything

      Pros

The only good thing about this company is the location (Barcelona)

      Cons

No career progression Really poor management: Management has no skills No flexibility Strict timetable Toxic envirorment, lies, manipulation, etc, etc, etc. Low salary (normally 500 EUR/month) Everyone is an intern and they will not give you a pernanent contract after the internship (they make you believe they will) High turnover of staff (they fired 90% people I knew) Managers have no experience at all (don't expect to learn anything)

      Abusive

      Pros

Given the fact that, as an intern, you do exactly the same job as a consultant (for half the price and with none of the priviledges) you learn a lot . Also, colleagues are great and you tend to unite and face adversity together.

      Cons

Everything else. Awful management. Timetables and rules so strict (and absurd) they make you feel like you're in school. No posibilities of promotion. Lies and deceptions, all the time, in order to fool you into staying in the company. And , of course, ridiculously low salaries (which they promise to rise every six months and then don't).
