      A good jump step... and that is mostly it.

      Pros

      - Arriving to a new city this company allows you to get to know the recruiting market in a very easy way. - If you are new to the field (like most of the many interns are) they will go through all the basic concepts that you will need later on. - International work environment. Not many recruitment agencies will allow you to work with such a diverse group of people. Plus, most people were very friendly and easy going. Making your working days much more pleasent.

      Cons

      - Most of all, the management. I know that after I left there have been a few changes with some of the team managers, but top managers (who are still there) play a key role here as well. They tend to treat employees like kids and micromanage most of their actions. Having many interns will create the need to supervise more, but the ways they would do it were sometimes not professional at all. I still remember when one of the company owners used to call to his office some employees who were (some days) 5(!) minutes late to work. This is a REAL example of how controlling and inflexible they could be. - Team Managers. This one is tricky. Although there were some managers who really tried to assist and make sure we were as productive and pleased as they could, there were other that would blindly follow top management guidelines. Another REAL example were the "black Fridays". In these occasions they used to call certain individuals (mostly interns, but not only) to an office and informed them that they did not need to come back the next day. It was brutal, and moral would take a significant shot among the rest of the teams. - Paying commissions. They will try anything to make sure you get great results but if possible not to reaching your 3 month KPI goal.

      Pros

      International environment, "Googly" work environment

      Cons

      The company is run 90% by interns, the job is boring as you're mostly hiring for customer service companies (and convincing people to take lame jobs);

      Really bad management, only start here if you have no other option

      Pros

      It is fairly easy to get the job, there are some friendly co-workers, the work environment is young and somewhat international. It's an OK place to start if you have no work experience, as most other companies in Barcelona won't hire people without experience.

      Cons

      The management (on all levels) is really bad - they have no respect for employees. The employee turnover is very high (most people work there for 5-6 months), most of the 100 employees are interns, the salary is extremely low (average of 500 euros per month), very limited holiday days, and the hours are way too long.

      Pros

      I've been working for Talent Search People for several years and I had the opportunity to develop and grow professionally. I started with an Internship and I had the possibility to work in different teams and Business Units within the company. Great opportunities to grow, to develop and to go out of your confort zone. Moreover new ideas are more than welcome and every year there are new projects to participate in. Fantastic work environment and colleagues and amazing offices as well!

      Cons

      The company has now 10 years in the market and it is a young company, but this allows that all employees can come up with ideas. The company is in a constant development and there are a lot of things to do and to implement!
