      Excellent company culture, benefits, perks, and work-life balance. You work with amazing and smart people.

      Cons

      Immediate managers and co-workers (like jobs anywhere) can make or break the deal. Get to know your team before you jump in. Not many other cons I can think of.

      Availability of a good number of projects

      Cons

      No good work atmosphere, ad-hoc nature of working, people are not disciplined in attending the meeting on time. Senior dont care the other time and they feel they are the most busiest person in the world. Meeting normally starts pretty late or senior's wish when they actually want to start and you have to keep waiting on the call.
