Pros

No management, no liaison, no contact with anyone from the company paying my agency for my time (other than timesheets). Ability to direct my own career path within the client team, Started on a 6 week contract and still in the client organisation after 4 years.

Cons

Similar to the pros, I have been working via their books for 4 years and am unsure if they know I exist, which is why I know for sure that there will be no role for me when the client has no more need of my services at job completion.

Pros

Solid company with solid objectives. Very active CEO which tries to innovate and stay ahead of market trend. Many secondment opportunities.

Cons

Like every company with the current oil and gas market, not many project or prospects. Job insecurity is high at the moment.

Global leader in all departments. Innovative, professional, and look after employees extremely well. Opotunities for redeployment if that's what you're looking for. Charitable.

Cons

Wish they had more work in the Australian pipeline.
