good work life balance and a few fair and hard working managers. Gets to work in latest technology.
Cons
very political atmosphere. Days are filled with useless meetings . You will be judged by how much of these useless meeting you attend ! There are very senior people who feels threatened by people with proper education. Question them at your peril

A lot of good hard working people that really care. Flexible working is real and the ability to do your job from virtually anywhere

Too many reorgs and team disruptions. Too many managers that don't actually have good coaching and leadership skill or capability
