    good work life balance and a few fair and hard working managers. Gets to work in latest technology.

    Cons

    very political atmosphere. Days are filled with useless meetings . You will be judged by how much of these useless meeting you attend ! There are very senior people who feels threatened by people with proper education. Question them at your peril

    Pretty laidback overall. It's like a government department.

    Some people working are simply bully. Some of my colleagues have to take mental leave because of bully manager.

    - Old systems, tech feels outdated - Lot's of work navigating such a huge organisation - Work is not challenging
