Good workplace technology to help with managing flexibility and different work arrangements, ie. job share and work from home Incumbent player with lots of opportunities and can work with cutting edge tech
Cons
Organisation is constantly undergoing restructure and management / leadership team is constantly changing roles like playing musical chairs. Not effective and no one makes decision, let alone good ones. Nothing sticks - good effort or change doesn't take traction and doesn't stick with constant management reshuffle
