I have been working at Telstra full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great Graduate Program - Lots of opportunities to gain exposure across the organisation. The current restructure will create future growth opportunities for graduates.

    Cons

The current restructure has brought some temporary downfalls to many of my colleagues including job satisfaction, employee engagement and retention rates. These changes will be over soon, and I imagine this will lead to great things for the organisation and it's remaining employees (especially graduates).

    Advice to Management

None - it's clear that the current changes (while upsetting for some) were required for the company to grow and prosper.

I have been working at Telstra

    Pros

chill work life balance, good pay, can do some interesting work if you're in the right team. access to good systems, can get some good hardware if you are one of the lucky ones.

    Cons

Many dinosaurs who are waiting for retirement, not a high performing culture, bureaucracy and red tape everywhere. Seriously way too much bureaucracy.

    Advice to Management

you can't just say buzzwords and expect them to solve your problems. that's not how life works. unfortunately saw far too much of that around.
