      Flexible working and company provides good tech which makes working easy in al environments (home or office) Good social policies The team is fantastic

      There is little respect of the team from "management" - Every year there is a employee engagement evaluation and each year the company's performance falls, management has not released a plan in 4 years to improve employee engagement The yearly performance reviews are pointless, there is no real evaluation of your performance, and after you go through the motions with your manager, the senior management team throws this out and degrades everyone's ratings. Been there 4 years and no one in my team has ever received their full bonus (so don't include it in your remuneration calculation when you get the offer) Be careful of the HR policies, no one in my team worked a 40hr week (officially at 36hr week), 60-80hrs is common and you don't get paid for that.

      A lot of good hard working people that really care. Flexible working is real and the ability to do your job from virtually anywhere

      Too many reorgs and team disruptions. Too many managers that don't actually have good coaching and leadership skill or capability
