      Pros

      flexible schedule, free bagels on Friday, free soda in the company break room Yearly company sponsored outing to local baseball stadium

      Cons

      Few or no opportunity for growth. Senior leadership gave themselves generous benefits however the employees did not share in the success.

      Great place to get your feet wet

      Pros

      Great for recent college grads. Benefits are ok. Bonuses are much welcomed. Of course the higher the pay, the bigger the bonus. My department was very together. Great team! First manager was excellent. Worked under VP who was good and mostly fair.

      Cons

      Veeeeeeeeeeeeery little growth. Small company. Lots of pertinent information is withheld. Current supervisor brought the morale of the department down, causing everyone to sigh and search for jobs elsewhere.

      I enjoyed the people and the work I did. Great company with great ideas

      Cons

      There is no room fro growth. Management receive all the raises and bonuses and you receive all the work.
