I worked at The Just Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great location. Great team to work with.

    Cons

Long notice periods so be careful to read your contract in detail before signing anything. Expensive for parking on St Kilda Road if you need to drive to commute to work. There is onsite parking but the waiting list is so long you'll be waiting until the next decade to get a spot allocated. The workplace culture is terrible, probably because it's run by dinosaurs that care more about shareholder value. If you're looking to work somewhere progressive, with great reward schemes and leaders who genuinely care about their employees then don't work here.

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at The Just Group full-time

    Pros

Some of the best regional managers I've worked with. People who genuinely believe in your ability and want you to succeed. Decent communication.

    Cons

Overworked and underpaid especially in management levels. The company's KPI focus is overkill. The company is incredibly stingy.
